Securely Backup single or multiple IMAP mailboxes in PST, EML, MSG, MHT, and more formats.
Back up single or multiple mailboxes from IMAP-enabled accounts to various offline formats and restore PST files directly back to any IMAP server. The Kernel IMAP Backup and Restore tool allows admins and users to securely export emails, attachments, and folders from different IMAP servers to PST, EML, MSG, MHT, HTML, DOC, DOCX, and PDF formats. Throughout the backup process, the tool preserves original email metadata (From, To, Subject, Date, Time Stamp, etc.). Additionally, the attachment integrity and the folder hierarchy (including subfolders) stay exactly as on the source server.
The tool supports single-account backups as well as bulk backup operations from different IMAP servers. For large-scale backup, admins can import a CSV file containing server names, usernames, and passwords to add multiple accounts in a single step. The tool has an incremental backup feature that automatically skips data items that were backed up before. It also offers item-type filters, including exclude deleted/empty folders and a date filter for precise and selective data backup. Once the backup is complete, the IMAP backup tool auto-generates a CSV report covering backup details, including folder names, item counts, and backup status.
